Travel Industry - Process Associate (Korean Language)

Job Description :

You will be serving a world famous airlines/travel agency.

• Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation.
• Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM or equivalent level
• Required language(s): Korean & English
• Candidate is required to possess at least TOPIK 5 certificate or above OR graduate university in Korea
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Working days: 5 days per week (including weekends & public holiday)

Working hours: Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours per day including 1 hour lunch and 30minutes break)
