Senior Travel Procurement Specialist — Easy Europe
The Role You'll own travel procurement end-to-end: sourcing and negotiating with hotels, ground operators, and transport suppliers to secure the best quality and value for our group tours. Beyond doing the work, you'll build the system behind it — the SOPs, supplier scorecards, and rate databases that make procurement repeatable and scalable, not dependent on any one person's memory. This is a hands-on senior role with room to grow into broader procurement leadership as we scale.
What You'll Own
- Source, negotiate, and confirm hotels, transport, and ground services for European and international group departures
- Build and maintain procurement SOPs, supplier scorecards, and rate databases for your function — turning recurring sourcing work into clean, documented systems
- Develop and manage long-term supplier relationships that improve quality, reliability, and margin
- Analyse and compare supplier quotations to support product and pricing decisions
- Track and manage procurement budgets with discipline and accountability
- Use AI tools to speed up quote analysis, supplier research, and documentation — we'll support your learning, but you should be hungry to work this way
- Continuously review supplier performance and tour feedback to improve sourcing decisions

Experience
- Solid experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management — ideally with hotels and ground operators
- Familiarity with European or international tour product is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with travel management systems and spreadsheets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related discipline is an advantage — but proven capability matters more than credentials
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
