Travel Retail Supervisor - Luxury Beauty | KLIA | Contract - Up to RM5700

Role: Travel Retail Supervisor - Luxury Beauty

Industry: Premium Beauty and Personal Care

Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable depending on performance); with 3 months probation period

Location: Malaysia International Airports, Sepang (currently to be base at KLIA 2, to be reassigned if required)

Working Day & Hours: Monday to Sunday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm [Rest days: 2 days in a week]

Salary: Basic up to MYR 4,500 (Based on experience & skills) with statutory contribution + medical insurance + leave entitlement

Monthly Allowance:

1. Fixed Travelling Allowance: RM1,000.00
2. Fixed Handphone Allowance: RM200.00

Other benefits: Incentive and Performance bonus as per client's scheme.

Responsibilities

Sales Performance

• Achieve sales target by POS

• Monitor sell-out trends & best sellers performance

• Analyze sales results & review product mix to maximize sales

Stock Management

• Closely follow up inventory to optimal level & minimize risks of slow-moving items

• Follow up with clients on stock allocation

• Ensure assortment is relevant to each counter

Staff Management

• BA / promoter recruitment

• Work with Education & Training Manager to define training objectives and counter coaching

• Conduct Generic Staff training on key launches

Retail Excellence

• Execute visual merchandizing tools & implement animation adhere to brand guidelines

• Planogram update & arrange POSM / testers / GWPs follow up with HQ and store operation

• Coordinate counter maintenance related tasks

Sales Operation Management

• Be a brand representative & key point of contact for TR team & operational teams in assigned markets

• Provide Market info & trends, conduct competitor watch and sales reporting to HQ

• Adhoc projects & admin support to commercial team

Requirements

• Effective verbal & written communication skills

• Excellent time management skills and multiple priorities

• Independent/Strong problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Team player & self-starter to manage multi-tasks

• Proactive, positive, agile, & adaptability

• High attention to details & organizational skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Fluent in English, (Mandarin is a plus)

• Travel retail/beauty experience would be advantageous
