Position Summary:
- Responsible for Treasury global payment process, executing payments for third party payments and treasury payments including confirmation with bank of required net settlements.
- Execution of intercompany company payments over In House Bank and External Banks.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and banking partners for relevant processes.
- Maintenance of exchange rates, interest rates as required for treasury system.
- Manage weekly/monthly factoring and financing reports.
- Support internal/external audit inquiries.
- Manage banking structure and user administration of the Group's.
- Support any implementation and enhancement of the Treasury Management System(TMS)
- Manage administration of Concur Globally.
- Initiate and take part in improvement projects;
- Maintain and update procedures and working instructions with respect to Treasury.
- Support any management project implementation from Treasury Function
What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):
- Willing to work in the EMEA shift (around 1pm-10pm MY Time) with flexibility.
- Experienced in Treasury Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint/Word/Outlook) and SAP.
- Strong knowledge of Finance processes of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Intercompany Settlement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact effectively with cross functional teams across the organization.
- Self-driven, strong team player and able to work independently.
