Responsible for bank account management, fund reconciliation/clearing, liquidity and international fund settlement.
Understanding of cross border settlement, foreign exchange operation settlement and related basic accounting.
Identify key areas for improvement and development for system automation to create operational efficiencies.
Responsible for coordinating with financial institutions to promptly handle any fund settlement issues and any banking matters.
Maintain a high standard of operations control and compliance to protect customer's fund and interest.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all SLAs and KPIs agreed with our department.
Work closely with product, technical, finance, legal and business team to ensure seamless operation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 7 years of working experience in banking operation, treasury operation, fund management, and comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting.
Familiarity with the financial industry and priority will be given to those with knowledge of international business and payment settlement.
Strong learning ability, teamwork skills, and communication skills, with clear thinking, logical reasoning, and innovation awareness.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while fostering collaboration within the team.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. By knowing Chinese language will be an advantage.
