Description
Support and drive treasury activities across cash flow planning and liquidity management to ensure operational stability
Manage foreign exchange exposures in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the enhancement of treasury processes, policies, and controls to improve efficiency and risk management
Partner with finance and business stakeholders to support cash forecasting and funding requirements
Maintain and coordinate with external banking partners to support day-to-day treasury operations
Prepare analysis and periodic reports to provide visibility on financial positions and support decision-making
Monitor financial markets and economic developments to assess potential risks and impacts on treasury activities
Profile
A Successful Treasury Specialist (Japanese Speaker) Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory)
Candidates with prior treasury experience will be highly regarded
Exposure to RTR (Record-to-Report) processes or finance operations is advantageous
Candidates from banking or financial services background are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in English & Japanese (min JLPT N2)
- Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
