Salary Package

• Basic salary: RM 2500 (depending on experience)
• Monthly Allowances: RM 200
• Overtime Allowances: RM 300

About the role

Gateway Freight Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Lorry Driver to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. As a Lorry Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods across the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Operate and maintain a lorry in a safe and responsible manner
2. Load and unload cargo at various pickup and delivery points
3. Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure on-time arrivals
4. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
5. Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks
6. Comply with all relevant traffic laws and company policies
7. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

What we're looking for

1. Valid heavy vehicle driving license with some experience
2. Familiarity with the local road network and traffic regulations
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
4. Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
6. able to perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading
