We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join a rapidly growing ad operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for offering support to Programmatic Ad Serving Operations. Operators will focus on issues such as: Campaign Creation & Optimization, Pixel implementation, Measurement & Reporting, trouble shooting and triaging. Operators will be tasked in formulating resolutions based on the workflow decision tree but will ultimately be expected to utilize their digital advertising industry knowledge to provide white-glove service, complete resolutions and proactive recommendations to Account Manager and advertisers. Operators will also be expected to assist with proactive work such as identifying underspending ad accounts and providing recommendations to reach the advertisers daily budget.
Job Description
Be part of the Campaign Management team to support partnership with the Account Management team on revenue optimization and campaign activation activities while providing white glove service to our clients.
Perform proactive and reactive analyses of campaign delivery in order to increase performance and drive revenue.
Troubleshoot and escalate campaign issues for Account Managers and coordinate issue resolution with AdOps.
Be an expert on ad platform; use data to troubleshoot campaign delivery, reporting, ad performance, and respond to campaign optimization queries.
Assist improvement on established QA metrics and adhere to operational KPIs to ensure accurate
Requirements And Preferred Experiences
3-4 years of Ad Tech and/or Ad Operations experience supporting Account Management, Sales, Ads Quality
Experience in Campaign Trafficking and Execution, including Order and Creative trafficking, Quality Control, Campaign monitoring, pacing, troubleshooting, billing, and reconciliation
