Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a multinational team analyzing web data for a prestigious international company
  • Identify improvement opportunities in work-flow, team structure, user experience, and suggest solutions
  • Manage ad-hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives as per client requirements
  • Interface effectively with other teams, delivery lead and client teams
  • Manage the performance of the team and act as the team's career counselor
  • Forecast team output and supportscheduling of agents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 years of work experience as Team Lead & university education
  • Team leadership experience and proven track record of success in previous work
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of other foreign language(s) will be an asset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills inJapanese.
