UAT Manual Tester (Banking Domain) – 12-Months Extendable Contract
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 Days per Week)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable)
Experience Required: 1+ Years (Junior)/ 2+ (Intermediate)/ 4+ Years (Senior)
We are hiring UAT Manual Testers to support multiple banking technology initiatives across areas such as Payments, Treasury, Loan Origination, Digital Banking, and Core Banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute UAT test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and projects.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects until closure.
- Prepare testing status reports, defect reports, and test completion documentation.
- Support deployment, production verification, and post-implementation testing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAT or Manual Testing.
- Prior experience in Banking or Financial Services or FinTech or Insurance environments is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
- Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, HP ALM, Confluence, or similar testing tools.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
