Are you a Claims Specialist with a knack for system testing, or a QA Professional with deep roots in the Insurance industry We are looking for a UAT Manual Tester to bridge the gap between business operations and system functionality for a major project in Kuala Lumpur!

This isn't just a click-and-test rolewe need someone who understands the Insurance Claims Lifecycle and can communicate effectively with both tech teams and business users.

Role Overview:

• Title: UAT Manual Tester (Insurance Systems)
• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Open to Locals Only)
• Tenure: 7-Month Contract (High potential for extension)
• Experience: 2 6 Years

What You Will Do:

• Claims Operations: Deep-dive into claims workflows and guidelines to identify process gaps.
• End-to-End Testing: Design traceable test cases and execute manual testing for claims/insurance modules.
• Defect Management: Document results, track bugs in JIRA/ALM, and collaborate with tech teams for fixes.
• Stakeholder Bridge: Conduct test result walkthroughs with users, explaining variances and system behaviors clearly.
• Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day claims processing issues during the UAT cycle.

What We Are Looking For:

Insurance DNA: Strong understanding of the insurance claims lifecycle and regulations.

Testing Expertise: Hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and UAT support.

Tool Proficiency: Skilled in JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.

Communication Pro: Ability to facilitate discussions between Product, Tech, and Business Ops.
