Job Description

UAT test Testers Conversant in Cantonese and English (bilingual)
Requirement Understanding: Review business requirements and functional specifications to ensure clarity and completeness for testing.
Test Planning: Develop UAT test plans, scenarios, and cases based on user requirements and business processes.
Test Execution: Perform UAT testing to validate that the system meets business needs and is ready for production.
Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and report bugs or issues found during testing, and track them to resolution.
Collaboration: Work closely with business users, QA teams, and developers to ensure alignment and clarity on test objectives.
Environment Setup: Ensure the UAT environment is properly configured and data is available for testing.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders during testing to improve system usability and functionality.
Sign-off Preparation: Assist in preparing UAT sign-off documentation and obtain formal approval from business stakeholders.
Risk Identification: Highlight potential risks or gaps in the system that could impact business operations post-deployment.
Continuous Improvement: Provide suggestions for improving testing processes and contribute to lessons learned for future projects.
Testers need to have good knowledge in insurance or financial service industry
