We are looking for a UI / Graphic designer to join our design team!
Responsibilities
- Own the visual experience design for overseas merchant digitalization scenarios, with a strong focus on Southeast Asian markets. Experience with native APP design is highly preferred
- Demonstrate exceptional design craft and a sharp eye for international visual trends. Collaborate with the team to deliver best-in-class aesthetics and visual competitiveness. Candidates with industry-recognized awards or featured portfolios are preferred
- Drive cross-border, cross-regional collaboration with upstream and downstream multi-functional teams. Capable of aligning diverse stakeholders and managing design objectives across markets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Strong written and spoken English is required for regional collaboration; multilingual capabilities (especially Malay or Chinese) are a plus
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/Visual design for client-side products (native APPs, mobile applications). Proven track record of building or maintaining scalable visual systems and design languages is highly preferred
- Strong awareness of emerging technologies and design tools. Familiarity with AI-powered workflows to enhance design efficiency and quality. Experience with dynamic design and intelligent workflow automation is a plus
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asian markets, local user behaviors, and visual preferences. Prior experience shipping products or design systems for overseas markets is strongly preferred
- Highly accountable with proactive communication skills. Able to navigate ambiguity, drive complex problems to resolution, and demonstrate a strong growth mindset
