About the Role

We are looking for a talented designer to join our team, focusing on our core cross-border remittance product. You will be responsible for simplifying complex financial flows into seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences for our global users.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Responsible for the UI/UX design for global fintech product, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design handoff.
- Complex Flow Simplification: Translate intricate regulatory/financial processes into transparent, user-friendly, and efficient transactional flows.
- User Research & Insights: Conduct user interviews and usability testing to identify pain points and iterate designs based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality features while advocating for the user's perspective.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Actively leverage AI tools to accelerate design processes, from prototyping and copywriting to user testing synthesis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, at least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset to identify problems and drive solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in using AI tools to boost design efficiency and creative output.
- Excellent UI/UX design skills, from wireframe to prototype.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an international perspective.
