Job Description:
As a UI/UX Designer at AFA, you'll be at the forefront of our creative team, working closely with product managers and engineers to bring our vision to life. Your responsibilities will include:
- User-Centric Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and assess user requirements, ensuring our designs meet user needs.
- Concept Visualization: Translate ideas into tangible concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, allowing our team to envision the user journey.
- Graphic Excellence: Craft visually appealing graphic elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and original design assets.
- Seamless Navigation: Develop intuitive page navigation elements and search fields to enhance the user experience.
- Prototyping Prowess: Create UI mockups and prototypes that vividly convey how our sites function and look.
- Creative Ingenuity: Design original graphics, sketches, and tables to enrich the user experience.
- Collaborative Feedback: Present your ideas to internal teams and stakeholders, actively seeking input and refining your designs based on feedback.
- UX Optimization: Identify and address UX issues, ensuring responsiveness and usability across all platforms.
- Consistency Matters: Uphold style standards in fonts, colors, and images to maintain brand integrity.
- Future-Focused: Conduct market studies to inform future upgrades and enhancements of our System UI/UX.
Qualifications:
- Education Background: Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent related to Design Courses such as Creative Media, Graphic Design, and Creative Multimedia.
- Proven Experience: A track record of excellence in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision, as well as design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Zeplin.
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Time Management: Excellent time-management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Additional Requirements:
- Additional certificates or Projects related to the field are a bonus.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (BM) is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
