Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can drive the end-to-end design process, conduct stakeholder workshops, and create intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate should be able to transform business requirements into engaging user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery and design workshops with stakeholders and business teams.
• Create user journey maps, personas, information architecture (IA), and user flows.
• Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive clickable prototypes.
• Develop user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
• Prepare design specifications and handoff documentation for development teams.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, usability, and best UX practices across products.
• Gather feedback and iterate designs based on user and stakeholder input.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in UI/UX Design.
• Expertise in Figma (preferred) or similar design tools.
• Experience creating:
• User Journey Maps
• Information Architecture (IA)
• User Flows
• Wireframes
• High-Fidelity Mockups
• Clickable Prototypes
• Design Systems & Component Libraries
• Strong understanding of usability principles and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
