What We're Looking For
We're looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Design Intern to join our product team. You'll work closely with designers and engineers to create user-centered and visually appealing interfaces for our legal tech platform. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience designing real products used by legal professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces and experiences for web applications using Figma or other equivalent tools.
- Turn ideas and concepts into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of your designs.
- Gather user feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and visual appeal.
- Assist in developing and maintaining NexLaw's design system and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, IT, or a related field.
- Proficient in Figma (or similar design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive UI design.
- Able to visualize ideas clearly through wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bonus: Familiar with Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), design systems, or Agile workflows.
