UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a user-centered designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong track record of delivering intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital experiences. You will lead design initiatives, shape product strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• :Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications—from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery
• .Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
• .Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• .Translate complex business requirements into simple, user-friendly interfaces
• .Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment
• .Facilitate and participate in design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder presentations
• .Produce UX documentation, including IA maps, annotated wireframes, and design specifications for development handoff
• .Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products
• .Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices (e.g., WCAG compliance)
• .Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-enhanced design workflows

Required Skills & Qualification

• s:8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing enterprise or complex application desig
• n.Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tool
• s.Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and visual hierarch
• y.Experience designing enterprise applications, e-commerce, or productivity tool
• s.Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practice
• s.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audience
• s.Experience creating developer-ready assets and documentatio
• n.Understanding of design systems and scalable component-based desig
