Our client is enhancing their Construction Management Software - a platform that helps construction players work smarter, faster and with clarity.
Were looking for a
UI/UX Designer whos not just a thinker or a builder, but both - someone who is deeply curious, sees patterns others miss and isnt afraid to challenge the status quo.
What youll do:
- Shape and enhance the application dive into how users interact with it, and find ways to make it smarter, simpler, and more powerful.
- Anticipate problems before they appear conduct pre-mortems, reason through ideas, and always ask why before jumping to how.
- Connect the dots across data, user workflows, and business logic from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty design.
- Work closely with our team to explore problems deeply before proposing solutions. Were not here to ship fast for the sake of it we want to build right.
- Understand and map out user journeys, data flows, and how everything ties back to business value.
- Benchmark our features against competitors and identify where we can outsmart, not just outbuild.
Who you are:
- Curious, analytical, and a great systems thinker.
- Someone who can articulate their thoughts well why a certain approach makes sense, and how it fits into the bigger picture.
- You dont just read data you interpret it and ask what it means for the user and the business.
- Youre user-obsessed, but also understand business pressures.
- A team player humble but confident. Comfortable challenging ideas, not people.
- Whether youre junior or seasoned, what matters most is how you think, reason, and communicate.
