Responsibilities
- Translate product vision and architectural guidance into clear, structured UI designs
- Convert requirements and discussions into wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted design tools
- Iterate designs rapidly based on stakeholder feedback
- Maintain consistency across design systems and components
- Ensure usability for complex, workflow-driven applications
- Document design decisions and track changes clearly
- Provide before-and-after comparisons for design updates
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to execute predefined product direction
Qualification Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Figma Design
- Experience with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Figma Make)
- Ability to write clear, structured prompts for generating prototypes
- Solid understanding of UX design for complex, workflow-heavy applications
- Ability to work within a defined product vision rather than independently defining it
- Comfortable incorporating structured feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Experience in SaaS platforms is a plus
- Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or regulated environments is preferred
- Familiarity with complex systems such as role-based access and structured data interfaces is advantageous
