Job Summary
Provide operation support on day-to-day business on policy issuance submission
To drive growth and sales in all assigned products
Job Accountabilities
- Provide support on day-to-day business on policy issuance submission and monitoring
- Assist team in sales support and services i.e. straight through quotation and cover note preparation.
- Work closely with Marketing team to ensure effective on-going sales performance.
- Monitor and analysis of business performance and results in sales and comparison of results with
defined outcomes
- Resolve complex queries/errors and ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate, plan and implement measures as well as assisting in projects.
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
Experience:
- Min 2 years working experience
- Insurance industry experience
- Experience working with inter-departmental teams.
