Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee both CFS secured and unsecured collections teams to ensure effective and timely collections.
  • Handle escalated collection cases with professionalism, negotiating resolutions while maintaining customer relationships.
  • Streamline dunning and escalation processes to balance both Collections outcome and customer service.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching to improve productivity and compliance with company policies.
  • Strong background in collections management with proven experience handling complex and escalated cases.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of proven experience in managing delinquent accounts within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of credit policies, compliance regulations, and Collections strategies.
  • Possess leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team development.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance through data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing foreclosure and auction preferred.
