Clinigen is a globally recognized specialty pharmaceutical services organization with a strong commitment to enhancing patient access to essential medicines. We are seeking a motivated and proactive Unlicensed Intern to support daily operations.
The intern will assist with administrative tasks, project coordination and general team support while learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the operations team
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, and data entry
- Conduct basic research and compile information to support ongoing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records, files, and trackers as assigned
- Support in process improvements and contribute ideas for better team efficiency
- Ensure filing and documentation is up-to-date and is compliant with standard processes and formats
- Participate in meetings as needed
- Liaise with management and staff to ensure projects are conducted efficiently
- Communicate with staff & management using proper channels
- Master computer skills and required software programs
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma / Tertiary qualifications in Business or Logistics Management or any relevant fields
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and
- Exposure to supply chain operations
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work accordingly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent computing skills, specifically utilizing emails and databases
- Service orientated, team-focused approach to work
