Job Description

Job Responsibility

Lead and inspire a team, providing creative direction and mentorship.
Develop and oversee the execution of innovative design concepts for websites, mobile apps, event materials, and branding.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional creative solutions.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client specifications.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design and marketing.
Present creative concepts to clients and refine them based on feedback.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing your work (personal projects, freelance work, or academic projects).
Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Understanding of marketing principles is a plus.
A creative mindset with a genuine passion for design and innovation.
