Job Responsibility
- Maintain the maintenance of ICT infrastructure (networking), Computer Hardware, Server, Security, Backup system and CCTV.
IT general software application support such as MS Office Suite, MS Windows, basic Network Setup, Antivirus, Remote Support, LAN, WAN, Active Directory, printers etc.
- Resolve and monitor all IT system issues within minimal response time and minimal interruption to daily work processes Support on daily IT operation
- Responsible for creating and maintaining online marketing strategies aimed at promoting the brand, and generating interest in the products and services of the company involving production and performance of multimedia content
- involve a great deal of online and digital marketing work, as employers will typically operate a website and social media accounts
- Undertakes any other tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directly by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Data & Telecommunication
- 1-2 years experiences in related field
- Experienced in Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Printers, LAN, WIFI, M365 and SharePoint
- Have knowledge of digital marketing tactics, have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent writing and graphic skills
- Able to multitask well, display creativity and keep abreast with the latest industry developments
- Able to speak/writing Mandarin will be preferred
- Good understanding on marketing concept, best practices and research techniques.
- Ability to work independently & possess initiative.
- Ability to commute/relocate
