Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Assist in handling full set of accounts (account payable, account receivable, bank reconciliation, balance sheet and etc.
  • Software Autocount basic require.
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting document and records.
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
  • Daily enter key data of financial transaction in database.
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Inform management and compile reports / summaries on activity areas.
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
  • Constantly update job knowledge.
  • Any others related job assign by superior.
  • Can speak and write mandarin language, because need to liase with client.
  • You have to perform your knowledge and skill for management evaluation.

Job Requirements

  • Location: Penang Island (HQ Office).
  • Can work immediately.
  • Can travel if needed.
  • Must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Possess 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Able to work OT & handle stress.
  • Can speak and write mandarin language, because need to liase with client.
  • Can work independently with initiative and able to adapt in a fast- paced environment.
