Job Responsibility
User Research

- Develop style guides and design patterns to ensure consistency across platforms.
User Experience (UX) Design
- Work closely with product managers and developers to define user journeys and flows.
- Optimize the overall user experience by considering usability, accessibility, and user feedback.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to bring designs to life.
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
Prototyping And Testing
- Build interactive prototypes for usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices.
Stay Updated With Industry Trends
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Proactively incorporate new and innovative design methodologies into projects.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Design Tools
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma,Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
Communication Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback.
Problem-solving Skills
