Job Description:
- Deliver frontline customer service, including managing registrations and appointment scheduling
- Collaborate closely with practitioners and nursing staff to ensure a high standard of patient care
- Provide chaperone support during consultations when required
- Respond to enquiries via email, phone, and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Handle payment collection and perform basic administrative tasks
- Support the team with other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any field
- Able to commit for at least 3 months or longer
- Comfortable with prolonged standing and walking during working hours
- Willing to work office hours, 5.5 days per week
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
