About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing team in Malaysia. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and closing sales — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote products/services and generate sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales mindset and result-oriented attitude
• Prior telesales / call center experience is a plus
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Compensation

• Salary: RM 2,800/month
• Permanent position
