Talent Acquisition

  • Recruitment Excellence: Lead end-to-end hiring and optimize recruitment data for better efficiency.

  • Employer Branding: Elevate the organization's market presence to attract top talent.

  • Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders to forecast and meet future staffing needs.

  • Selection Strategy: Refine assessment methods to ensure high-quality hiring.

HCM Projects & HR Support

  • Systems & Process: Lead HR transformation projects and system enhancements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive strategic initiatives that support business change.

  • General HR Support: Provide expertise in employee relations and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Expertise: 5+ years of HR experience with a core focus on Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition.

  • Education: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HRDF/eTRiS, LMS, HRIS, and recruitment analytics.

  • Competencies: Strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and project leadership skills.

  • Business Impact: Proven ability to align HCM strategies with organizational transformation goals.

  • Availability: Priority for candidates with a one-month notice period or less.
