Full Spectrum HR Management: Oversee end-to-end functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, and workforce planning.
Employee Relations & Culture: Develop strategies to boost morale, manage staff grievances and disciplinary matters, and lead engagement programs that foster a positive work environment.
Legal & Statutory Compliance: Maintain deep knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF, and HRDF. Ensure all practices remain compliant with current labor laws and government regulations.
Training & Quality Assurance: Manage the training lifecycle to enhance employee competence. Ensure all HR processes strictly adhere to ISO requirements and maintain accurate, audit-ready records.
Strategic Communication: Regularly communicate the Company's Quality Policy and business objectives to all levels of the organization.
Advisory & Reporting: Provide sound technical advice to department heads and maintain meticulous HR reports and employee personnel files.
Degree and/or Professional qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Preferably at least 8 years of relevant working experience.
Sound knowledge in all prevailing Malaysian Labour Laws and Regulations, Industrial Laws and Regulations.
Solid exposure and experience in good HR practices and systems.
Mandarin speaker is required due to client base and business nature
