We are looking for a Used Equipment Executive to in charge on the sales support and development of the incoming orders and profitability of the Used Equipment business. The jobholder will develop the business through the professional management of the Used Equipment sales enquiries, developing standards, sales support through promoting and training on the used equipment product range to the Sales team, as well as the management of respective KPI's.

What you'll be doing:
Operational
- Responsible for promoting, developing, and driving the Used Equipment business, in terms of turnover and profit
- Address used equipment enquiries, create used equipment quotations and calculations, and proactively follow up on them
- Management of dealer and internal relations for used equipment
- Negotiate the sale and purchase of used equipment
- Support in managing used equipment pricing and ensuring asset information is accurate and maintained in SAP
- Assist in handling of used equipment assets, regarding acquisitions and replenishments
- Regularly update and maintain used equipment pricelists, and stocklists to promote available used equipment assets
- Proactive planning, monitoring, reporting, and forecasting of KPI's, including analysing price, margin, order intake and devaluations
- Responsible for continuously improving standards and liaising with colleagues to optimise efficiency and seize new used equipment opportunities
Strategic
- Assist in developing and sustainably implementing initiatives to drive the Used Equipment business, and improve sales, and related processes
- Monitoring competitor products and solutions
Additional Tasks
- Provide training on used equipment related processes, tools and products to relevant stakeholders

What we look for:
- Minimum Degree in Business Management/Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MNC environment
- Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Knowledge and proficiency in SAP, CRM and business intelligence software
- Strong time management skills
- Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills and planning skills
- Strong organizational skills and a structured person
