Role Overview
We are looking for a talented product designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our in-store digitalization solutions, to design intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional solutions that meet the needs of merchants and their customers. You will:
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for the UX design for our in-store payment solutions, including but not limit to cashier POS, mobile POS, store management APP and PC dashboard, etc
- Conduct competitor and user research to gain a deep understanding of market trends and user needs
- Rapidly prototype ideas using code and other methods to communicate concepts and build excitement. To translate complex business needs into delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our AI technology
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality and feasible design solutions that deliver a smooth and engaging end-to-end experience for users
- Iterate on solutions in a user-centric approach in order to continuously improve the user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, at least 3 years of experience in UIUX design
- Have a deep understand on mobile App design, design guidelines and trends
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction paradigms
- Have a basic understanding of research tools and methodology such as journey map, user interview, survey, etc
- Experience with prototyping and proficiency with design tools such as Figma etc
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority
