Act as Teras Product UX advocate and expert, to drive effective product designs with strong focus on holistic customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative design solutions to our products.
- Conduct user research to understand target users, their needs, and pain points. Analyze user feedback and behavior data to inform design decisions.
- Design optimum user experiences (including both user interfaces and non-UI components of user journeys) of TERAS key products, to drive take-up, usage & user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a design system that focuses on visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, SAAS, dashboards, and mobile apps. Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products.
- Design and execute UX audits on TERAS key products, to identify and articulate areas of improvements, subsequently recommending priority focus areas for the organization to address.
- Product user experience design requirements, including creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts. Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals. Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively, fostering a collaborative design process.
- Create product visualizations (3D and marketing visuals) for the purpose of product marketing activities (brochures, catalogues, presentation to clients)
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design assumptions and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Be an active change agent in inspiring culture & mindset changes within TERAS, towards a product-centric way-of-work. Advocate for and implement design practices that prioritize accessibility and inclusivity in our products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, IT or engineering fields
- At least 2 years experience in UX or UI development roles in technology product industries
- Minimum of 1 years experience in innovation related roles
- Creativity in the development of new UX ideas, including validation methodologies
- Strong communication skills
