About the Role
We're looking for a talented UX Writer (English) to join our team and help shape the user experience for digital platforms. You will craft clear, concise, and engaging content that guides users seamlessly through our mobile banking app and online banking services.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design user-centric content in English for digital products.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers to co-create experiences considering content structure, hierarchy, layout, navigation, and accessibility.
- Write UX copy that ensures clarity, consistency, and a seamless user journey.
- Participate in all stages of the design process from concept and prototyping to final implementation.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to align content with goals and requirements.
- Support user research to understand needs and behavior's, and integrate findings into content strategy.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and style.
- Manage and maintain content to keep it up-to-date, relevant, and consistent across platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with User-Centred Design methodology.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, especially in banking, finance, and investment products.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
