Our pharma client in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager / Business Systems Analyst specializing in Veeva applications. This role combines both functional and technical responsibilities.
Note from Client: Veeva Vault CRM (stand alone Veeva without any Salesforce instance) is prime requirement, but Veeva CRM (older release over Salesforce) is also acceptable.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven Information Technology professional with a proven track record. Strength in aligning IT solutions with business needs supporting information technology.
REPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the general support of IT services, tools, issues, and projects related to VEEVA and Salesforce business requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Active liaison with business management to understand business needs and help to utilize currently available suite of IT solutions to fullest possible business usage.
- Proactively communicate with different functions to develop unstructured requirements into quality requirements and translate business requirements to IT terms.
- Manage multiple projects at any instance, keep BSA tasks within schedule and deliver projects to customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data analysis tools to gather insights and support decision-making.
- Create detailed documentation and provide training to ensure effective use of new systems.
- Focus on VEEVA CRM and VEEVA CRM Vault, with an emphasis on Healthcare Solutions, and Salesforce solutions.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree
- Possess 3-7 years of experience in Project Management or business systems analysis and/or software development.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into a scalable solution design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously; workload will be a blend of small, medium, and large implementation projects.
