Working pattern and location:

- Work Location: Hybrid (On-site & WFH)
- Domestic Travel: < 10%
- Working Hours: Mon-Friday (8:30 - 17:30)
- Multilingual: Good command in spoken and written in English; Korean language will be an added advantage
About the Role:
Technical Helpdesk role is to provide an advice and guidance to dealer technician for auto repair service diagnosis including follow-up and progressive update of each case, case escalation to appropriate level until assigned job complete and closure within agreed timeframe via email with service support ticket issue.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic, analyst of vehicle problems by using the diagnostic equipment
- Perform diagnostic, analyst of diagnostic equipment
- Provide advice/ guidance to dealer technician
- Respond to email within timeframe set by company
- Escalating of case to appropriate Level 2 support group
- Update of progressive information for each case
- Ensure follow up on ticket until closure
- Complete assigned jobs within the specified time and to meet monthly efficiency & KPI target
- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that assign by management / superior
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant background (any of the following):
- Technician
- Diagnosis technician
- Master technician
Who We're Looking For:
Work Rights:
- Malaysian permanent work rights only
Education:
- Min. SKMII Certification or high vocational or higher level in Automotive, Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineers
Experience:
- Min. 5-8 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry
Technical Skills:
- Has knowledge of reading measuring tools result
- Has knowledge and experience in remote support via phone and E-support
- Has experience in continental car is an advantage
Personal Attributes:
- Team player with initiative and positive attitude toward learning
- Able to work independently without guidance and supervision
- Able to work on extended hour if required
- Intermediate level skill in MS office program especially in Excel
- Familiar with translation tools
Language Skills:
- Good command in spoken and written in English
- Korean language will be an added advantage
Computer skills:
- Excellent skills in MS Office programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
