We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protg who is eager to kickstart a career in Integrity, Governance & Compliance (IGUC). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the line manager or superior in day-to-day activities such as managing integrity and governance databases, monitoring corruption risk registers, handling declarations, and assisting in awareness initiatives. This role provides hands-on involvement in compliance and governance operations, offering valuable exposure to integrity, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption practices within our organization.

We are immediately hiring a fresh graduate to be our Velesto Trainee (Protg) Integrity, Governance & Compliance (IGUC) under the IGU Division, with an expected start date in mid-September 2025.

Job Responsibility:-

  • To assist the Division in developing and maintaining the Integrity Assessment and Declaration Database using MS Power Apps, including database handling for daily reporting and follow-up actions.
  • To support IGU in implementing, performing, and maintaining comprehensive anti-corruption and anti-bribery initiatives across the organization.
  • To assist the HOD of IGUC in monitoring, updating, and managing the Corruption Risk Registers on a regular basis.
  • To maintain and update CGGEH declarations records in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To assist the HOD of IGUC in organizing awareness workshops, campaigns, and briefing sessions on integrity and governance practices for staff and crew on a regular basis.
  • To develop and produce communication materials such as posters and videos to promote awareness of integrity, governance, and compliance initiatives.
  • To manage and handle data requirements for IGU, including Fit and Proper assessments, integrity-related databases, and any other data management.

Minimum requirements:-

  • Fresh graduates with Bachelor&aposs Degree in Information Technology (IT) , Corporate Communications, or any equivalent with strong interest in compliance scopes
  • For candidates with an IT background, it would be an advantage to have the following:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Automate
  • Ability to develop online assessment platforms (e.g., e-learning)
  • Experience in automating certificate generation (digital/PDF) for training or assessments
  • For candidates with a Communications background, it would be an advantage to have the following:
  • Design skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Basic video editing using Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, or similar tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Good time management and details-oriented
  • Can work at our main office in Plaza Sentral, KL (opposite to KL Sentral).
  • Must currently unemployed.
  • Age 26 and below.
