You will join a multinational organisation specialising in shipping and maritime services; managing global scale clientele. In line with their continuous expansion plans, our client seeks a top tier Vendor Management manager to join the team!

Your new role

As a Vendor Management Manager, you are responsible for the following:

• Oversee vendor onboarding, lifecycle management, and compliance with international standards and group policies.
  
• Lead and develop the Vendor Management team, ensuring strong technical capability and service excellence.
  
• Manage projects, audits, and vendor assessments to mitigate operational, compliance, and ESG risks.
  
• Drive process improvements through workflow optimization, automation, and accurate vendor master data management.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align vendor activities with procurement strategy, sustainability goals, and business objectives.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 10 years of relevant procurement experience
• Possess strong vendor management skills
• Knowledge and exposure in vendor onboarding and
• Experienced in lasing with external auditors and regulators
