Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Level 1 Support Specialist to provide functional and technical assistance to key stakeholders. This role involves supporting operational processes, ensuring compliance with established standards, and delivering timely resolutions to queries and issues. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact and collaborate with internal and external parties to maintain seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 functional and technical support to stakeholders.
- Assist Authorized Medical Examiners (AME), Arrangement Contractors, clinic administrators, and training service providers with system and process-related queries.
- Support HSE-related processes, including data submission and validation.
- Ensure adherence to MPM standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution, ensuring timely responses and effective troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution of escalated matters.
- Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and support activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of functional and technical support processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
- Experience in HSE processes or similar operational environments is an advantage.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in a support role (IT/functional/service desk).
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments and data management processes.
