Job Purpose *
Lead and manage the credit card portfolio sales team to drive portfolio growth, profitability , customer engagement and portfolio quality. The role is responsible for portfolio strategy execution, campaign management, analytic and cross-functional coordination to achieve business targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
Key Responsibilities *
Strategy and Planning
- Initiate and execute portfolio sales & revenue, cost savings and fee income strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance including utilization , revolving rate and profitability.
- Work closely with marketing and digital teams to design targeted customer campaigns.
- Lead Digitalisation Sales Transformation (DST) project.
- Identifies key objectives, financial and other performance measures for the team
- Manages customer experience and process improvement relates activities
Business Performance and Management
- Drives P&L growth and customer portfolio growth for credit card
- Oversees the development and implementation of portfolio products/services and marketing communications and/or campaigns to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, CIMB policies & procedures, and Department's SOP and policies & procedures.
- Develops network and ensuring responsible communication with stakeholders to enhance relationship
- Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
People Management
- Develops, builds and leads an effective team that operates seamlessly
- Manages the performance of the team
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensures compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
