Job Purpose
To drive overall credit card usage spend by leading and implementing ATL, BTL and other engagement activities to encourage continuous and consistent card spend, revolving rates and active rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the Bank's market share of credit card portfolio, billings and formulate campaigns that maximizes the portfolio's profitability;
- Plan, develop and implement strategic usage campaigns and programs to grow cards billing and receivables to achieve the business and financial objectives;
- To plan and execute targeted campaigns to reduce attrition and spend inactive amongst the inactive pool of customers;
- Collaboration with schemes on scheme incentive support and scheme funded merchant deals;
- Constantly monitor and review the cost and provision against forecast/budget;
- Drive campaigns via omni-channel approach effectively with optimum marketing cost;
- Engage and work interdependently with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to continuously increase customer engagement, deliver superior rewards, increase revenue and reduce attrition;
- Enhance overall customer experience by reviewing and ensuring robust processes and workflows are in place to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank's programs.
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience of relevant banking background in established bank / financial institutions / FMCG industry or other relevant industry.
