To lead the design and delivery of high-impact learning programs that align with organizational goals and address skill development needs. This role involves strategizing, developing, and overseeing innovative, blended learning solutions, ensuring effective content delivery, and fostering continuous improvement in program quality and learner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design and Leadership
- Designing core curriculums for assigned Business Schools/Academies under CIMB University, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as a subject matter lead for key learning initiatives, driving the development of innovative and impactful learning solutions.
Program Implementation
- Lead/support the rollout of L&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with human capital strategies for workforce competency and leadership development.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of key learning projects, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.
Internal Capability Building
- Mentor and train internal teams to design and deliver learning solutions, promoting internal expertise.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create and deliver programs.
Performance Consultation
- Conduct training needs analyses and provide performance consultation to design targeted learning interventions.
- Assess the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs to ensure continuous improvement.
Vendor Management
- Source and evaluate external training providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective learning solutions.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, SOP, regulatory requirements, and internal audit guidelines.
- Prepare reports and insights for management on the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Undertake any other tasks/training projects organised by Group Human Resource or as delegated by the Head of Department/Superior.
