Lead the transition of investment initiatives from conceptual and development stages into full execution, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and delivery.
Uphold strong governance and internal controls by ensuring all processes, frameworks, and approvals are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Support cross-functional priorities and strategic initiatives to achieve TRXC's approved short-, medium-, and long-term corporate goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
Identify, screen, and evaluate potential business development and investment prospects, ensuring alignment with TRXC's strategic focus and financial objectives.
Monitor, analyse, and interpret market trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and broader industry developments to inform decision-making and opportunity mapping.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersincluding agents, lenders, prospects, investors, and regulatory authoritiesto support lead generation, partnership development, and deal flow.
Coordinate cross-departmental inputs (Legal, Finance, Corporate Planning, Development, etc.) to support the development of robust business cases and investment proposals.
Commercialization
Conduct comprehensive market studies, financial analysis, and due diligence to support investment considerations, identify risks, and evaluate commercial viability.
Develop and refine business models, feasibility assessments, and risk analyses to support management's strategic decision-making and investment approval processes.
Lead, support, or participate in negotiations on key commercial terms with counterparties, ensuring alignment with TRXC's commercial interests and risk appetite.
Prepare, review, and present investment proposals, commercial papers, and supporting documentation to management and relevant committees for endorsement and approval.
Oversee the transition of approved opportunities into execution, ensuring commercial terms are accurately reflected in agreements and implementation plans.
REQUIREMENTS
MBA preferred.
University or master's degree in economics, finance, business or similar.
Minimum 10-15 years solid hands-on experience in strategy projects, business development, deals, M&As, property development / infrastructure projects or similar.
High level of integrity, ability to multi-task, result-oriented, strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
