Job Description
Develop and Maintain APIs, RPA Workflows, and Orchestration Layers
- Design and implement scalable APIs to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Build and optimize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Create orchestration layers that coordinate services, data flows, and automation logic across systems.
Integrate Pre-Trained AI Models into MVPs
- Identify suitable pre-trained AI models for use cases in consumer and SME banking.
- Embed models into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to accelerate prototyping and solution validation.
- Collaborate with AIML engineers to fine-tune model performance and ensure relevance to business needs.
Ensure DevSecOps Compliance and Secure Deployment
- Implement DevSecOps best practices to embed security throughout the development lifecycle.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines for rapid and secure deployment of AI-powered solutions.
- Monitor and audit deployments to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with AIML Engineers and Innovation Partners
- Work closely with AIML teams to align technical development with model capabilities and data strategies.
- Partner with innovation leads to explore emerging technologies and co-develop proof-of-concepts.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of AI into business processes.
Support Solution Market Scans and Vendor Evaluations
- Conduct market research to identify cutting-edge AI tools, platforms, and vendors.
- Evaluate third-party solutions for compatibility, scalability, and compliance.
- Provide technical input during vendor selection and onboarding processes.

- 5+ years in software engineering, automation, or cloud architecture
- Strong understanding of software development, SLM, RPA, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure and data governance.
- Proven track record in technology adoption and application
