Process review and update investment products workflow to ensure full compliance with the latest regulatory requirements and adherence to internal governance standards.
Collaborate with Digital/Technology team and translate business requirements to technical solutions.
Create requirements on digital journey and ensure the flow is complete and comprehensive.
Involve in detailed discussions on digital journey ecosystem for technical feasibility studies and work closely with the development squad and solution architect.
Support and maintain system functionality.
Liaise on behalf of the investment product owner and facilitate discussions amongst all application stakeholders.
Enhance the existing investment process flow.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Law/Accounting/Banking/Finance/Business/ Economics/Arts).
At least 5 years of working experience in retail banking or consumer banking environment (preferably 3 years in managing process and digital projects).
Strong financial and product knowledge, including Unit Trust and Wealth Financing.
