Job Summary
- The role has direct accountability for the Premier segment proposition across Consumer Banking and Wealth Management. The Premier segment proposition is a bank proposition within Affin bank and has a key role in Wealth Management strategy. Additionally, the role is also responsible for key Partnerships with service providers for all our customer segments. The role also requires management of SDB/SASDB/ASDL business within the bank.
- The role will work closely with the Distribution/Channel Head, Digital Leads, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and other stakeholders to ensure all customer solutions and offers are consistent with Consumer banking strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs from internal/external insights, design and launch new value propositions (including core enablers and marketing positioning/tool kits).
- Develop competitive strategy (medium term and long term) with a view to continuing Affin Bank market advantage in Malaysia.
- Provide direction with insights in design of value propositions, new platforms and new markets.
- Deploy and implement value proposition and its enablers as designed by Group. Play a participating role in supporting Group towards development of new propositions for segments.
- Develop marketing and digital banking user experience to support the segment's propositions. Play a participating role in driving segment proposition's wealth towards higher levels of customer advocacy.
- Implement acquisition programs with a view towards driving growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and primary banking.
- Develop new leads to achieve business targets (MGM, digital and cross- business partnerships).
- Partner with Marketing to support frontline with marketing tools, pitch-books, scripts and guides.
- Deploy new client journeys across customer milestones including account opening, on-boarding and relationship management.
- Analytically drive management of segment's wealth portfolios to ensure enhancement of primary banking, deeper product penetration, lower attrition
- Enhance processes to improve service levels and client experience.
- Identify, analyse, develop, organize & track competitive strategies related to SDB/SSDB/ASDL business to increase revenue.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant courses
- Have 5 years experience in Wealth Premier.
