Role Description

The Video Content Creatorwill conceptualize, create, and produce engaging video content tailored for these social media channels. Responsibilities include developing and executing content strategies, filming and editing videos, incorporating on-trend visuals and sound effects, and analyzing content performance to enhance engagement. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand goals and identity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form content.
• Understanding of TikTok, Reels, and XHS style, tone, and algorithms.
• Ability to brainstorm concepts quickly and execute independently.
• Proficiency in video content creation, video editing, and storytelling techniques.
• Understanding of social media marketing strategies and audience engagement.
• Previous experience in social media or digital marketing roles is a plus.
