What would you be doing:
- Conceptualize and create engaging short-form videos (10 short form videos per week) for product and promotional campaigns.
- Edit video content for various platforms (e.g.,Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels) using industry-standard tools.
- Develop storyboards to guide visual direction and ensure a cohesive narrative across all video content.
- Collaborate with media buyers, senior editors, designers, and marketing teams to align content with brand messaging.
- Support pre-production and post-production workflows, including shot planning, rough cuts, and final delivery.
- Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to refine and improve video output.
- Apply basic knowledge of AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency (bonus).
- Stay updated on video trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in content performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Around 1- 2 years of experience in video editing or content creation or a strong portfolio with trending short-form content (e.g., Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Capcut; basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Experience in developing storyboards and basic scripting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet weekly video output KPIs
- Strong understanding of pacing, sound, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for video creation or editing
- Experience with product videos, social ads, or e-commerce visuals.
- Excellent command of both Mandarin and English, including written and verbal communication.
- Awareness of current video trends, platform best practices, and algorithm behavior.
- Open to feedback and willing to learn training and support will be provided for the right creative talent.
