Video Content Creation with Design abilities + Ai for ads material (FMCG)
*What This Role Is About*
We're not looking for someone who just edits videos.
We're are looking for a performance-driven creative who understands how content converts, someone who can turn ideas into high-performing ads, scroll-stopping videos, and revenue-generating creatives.
If you think in terms of CTR, hook rate, watch time, and conversions, you'll fit right in.
*What You'll Be Doing*
Create short-form video ads (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads) that are built to convert
Develop scroll-stopping hooks in the first 3 seconds
Edit and design high-volume creative variations for A/B testing
Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, CapCut) to increase speed and output
Collaborate with marketing to analyze ad performance metrics and iterate creatives
Turn raw ideas into clean, premium-looking visuals aligned with FMCG branding
Stay ahead of trends and replicate what's working & fast
*What We're Looking For*
Experience in video editing + graphic design (portfolio required)
Proven ability to create high-performing ad creatives (not just pretty content)
Understanding of direct response marketing and content psychology
Comfortable producing volume not 1 perfect video, but 10 winning variations
Experience with AI tools and willingness to adopt new workflows
Ability to work fast, think independently, and execute without hand-holding

Have worked with FMCG brands or e-commerce products
Understand UGC-style content and how to make ads feel native
Can script on your own
